2. Payment Terms

We offer products for sale which may require a deposit. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total purchase price is required to secure your order. This deposit initiates the procurement and assembly process for your specified products.
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds for the final payment are subject to the terms of our warranty and return policy, which will be provided with your final purchase agreement.

3. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our products are provided with a standard manufacturer's warranty, the details of which will be included with your purchase. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE WARRANTY, THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall C12 Robotics, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
